What a fantastic time was had at the Holly Lodge Summer Fayre on the 13th July! ☀️ 😁
Everyone had a fantastic time exploring the different stalls and games on offer. We also welcomes our local fire and police services, who allowed visitors to look at the vehicles! And a clear favourite for the children attending was a special guest appearance from Bluey!💙
We are delighted to share that we raised over £450 in total – and we want to thank every person and business that supported us! Thank you!

We would like to give a huge round of applause to our wonderful Sovereign Lodge team members Teresa, Kara and Nicola who recently took part in the South Shields Memory Walk and raised over £200 for the Alzheimer’s Society!👏

As with so many across the world, we are choosing to spend this time recalling our fondest memories from her majesty’s reign. From afternoon tea to garden parties, our homes had a fantastic time hosting their very own jubilee celebrations for residents, staff and visitors to enjoy! We even has some special ‘royal’ visitors – see more of our festivities over on our Facebook page!🇬🇧🎉

Kingston Court have been running a Christmas Raffle over the festive period to raise funds for our activities fund. Activities staff would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated and bought a ticket, your support is greatly appreciated. Our home manager also treated each member of staff at Kingston Court a raffle ticket as a thank you for all there hard work recently. Hope everyone loves there prizes and thanks again for supporting us it means alot. 💜🎄☃️

“Have your ELF a merry little Christmas..”🎼 It’s been a very exciting time for our residents here at Kingston Court as Santa sent his very best elves to bring some festive fun to the home! 🎄
Our mischievous little elves went all out and had everyone laughing – they even helped with the laundry and guaranteed us all a place on the nice list!😆 🎅

Our staff at Holly Lodge got crafty to dress up in support of Children in need last week, our resident Ray even helped make spotty T Shirts for everyone to wear on the day!😄 🐻 We’re sure you’ll agree they look spot-acular!
