September 2022: Summer Fair at St Lukes

St Lukes Newsletter: September Edition

Here at St Lukes we have been very busy this month! We started our September with our summer fair which all our residents, that took part, loved.

We have had Jessica Poole the singer back, Jessica has been to St Lukes in the past and she is amazing, all our residents enjoy watching and listening to her, so it was wonderful to have her perform for us all again! We have also been keeping active with our armchair and bed exercises with the help from Oomph – and also exercising our minds with some board games and quizzes. We also had a contact night “out” at the cinema – by watching old movies with snacks in the comfort of our home. 

With the bulk of summer now behind us, we’re looking forward to Autumn and everything the season has to offer.
