Person Centred Software Digital Care Plans

By using the Person Centred Software electronic care plan system, each resident has a detailed file that records how they wish to be cared for, their personal interests and future wishes. This system empowers staff to learn more about each resident, in order to ensure they provide their care in the best way possible.

Engaging Community Programmes

We recognise the diverse backgrounds and beliefs or our residents and ensure that cultural traditions and preferences are woven into our daily activities. We also create an engaging events and activity calendar that celebrates a variety of different national, religious and cultural holidays such as Eid, St Patricks Day, Pride Month, Christmas and Diwali.
