We’re sure you’ll agree that May has become a much busier and positive month for everyone, especially our staff and residents who have seen some positive changes within the home regarding our Covid-19 restrictions.. We are so delighted that we can now safely welcome visitors back through our doors. You can book an appointment for visiting via our online system here or by ringing our team on 01228 512456.
We do hope that the government guidance carries on relaxing restrictions further but for now we are limited visits to 2 people at a time as our residents care and well-being remain our utmost importance.
We’re really looking forward to the coming months as the home is set to undergo an exiting refurbishment project over Summer!
Firstly we’d like to say a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our wonderful Margaret who is celebrating her 101st birthday in June! We hope you have a lovely day!
We’ve also had new additions to our brilliant staff team including Care Assistants and our two Lifestyle Coordinators- welcome to the Blackwell Vale family all!
And of course we’re drawing closer to having our whole home refurbished this summer which is very exciting! We will updating all of our internal spaces including bedrooms, kitchen and laundry etc. We’ll also be getting a cosy cinema room for our residents to enjoy those timeless classics! Work is due to begin soon and we can’t wait – watch this space!!
