Val is a highly experienced leader in the care sector – with over 20 years’ experience as a manager or general manager of care homes - and continues to be a Registered General Nurse. Val’s experience and proven track record impressed us, alongside her approach, values and understanding and experience of a special place to live and work such as Old Prebendal.
