Job Role

We’re Mariposa Care Group, a residential and nursing care provider and we offer a range of care and support services for residents. You don’t necessarily need to have previous experience directly in this field, nor qualifications as we are happy to work with you to help you become excellent in the role of Activities Co-ordinator.

Duties of an Activities Co-ordinator are varied, and no two days will be the same. All our residents are individuals and they deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties will include help with organising a personalised lifestyle plan or a range of events and activities for residents such as arts and crafts, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.  To assist with the nutritional well-being of residents by ensuring suitable drinks and meals are available and support staff to deliver a meaningful dining experience for everyone.
