Val Baggott
Leading our exceptional team at The Old Prebendal House is our Director of Care, Val Baggott. A Registered General Nurse, Val has dedicated her entire career to health and social care, bringing a wealth of clinical expertise, compassionate leadership and an unwavering commitment to excellence to our home.
Val works closely with every department across the home to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Her passion for person-centred care and her commitment to both residents and colleagues help shape the welcoming, family atmosphere that defines life at The Old Prebendal House.

Marzena Logozna
Deputy Manager & Registered General Nurse
With a BSc Nursing and previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager, Marzena joined Mariposa Care as Deputy Manager at The Old Prebendal House in 2023.

Oana Costin
Registered General Nurse
Oana has been a Registered Nurse since 2015 and began her career with Mariposa Care at The Old Prebendal House in 2022.

Registered General Nurse
With previous experience as a Qualified Primary Teacher and Registered Nurse, Claudia began her nursing role at The Old Prebendal House in 2022.

Adrian Huidui
Registered General Nurse (Nights)
Having worked as a nurse in several care homes in Oxfordshire since 2012, Adrian has exceptional experience in elderly and dementia care, along with providing care for people with physical disabilities.

Norlito Bulacan
Registered General Nurse
Norlito has been a Registered Nurse since 1993, and worked in care home settings since 2008 – giving him a wealth of experience in elderly care.
