Mariposa Care is proud to share that Sovereign Lodge care home has completed a new phase of refurbishment and interior design investment; further enhancing its care offering and facilities to meet the evolving needs of modern residents.
These latest improvements focussed on upgrading key communal areas within the home, including the both the homes’ residential and dementia lounge and dining spaces. Redesigned interiors have introduced a more contemporary look to the home, whilst also making the most of the available space to ensure optimum accessibility and comfort for all residents. With a variety of seating options, stylish decor and high-quality amentieis – these spaces now promote both social interaction and relaxation, creating a more engaging day-to-day environment.
A central feature of the project has been the introduction of the new Penthouse suite. Located on the first floor of the home, the suite comprises four ensuite bedrooms, an assisted bathroom and a newly developed private lounge and dining area. The space has been designed to provide a more exclusive and homely setting, offering residents and their families an additional option within the home to spend time together in a quieter, more private environment.

These additions to the home complement the existing range of specialist elderly care facilities at Sovereign Lodge, including stylish bedrooms with ensuite-wetrooms, The Potting Shed Café and Corner Shop – creating an exceptional environment where residents can truly enjoy each day.
